Due to the Nature of our business model, Pretty Girl County LLC only offers reprints or replacements for faulty orders. Only if there are subsequent issues with the replacement will a refund be provided and this will always take the form of Store Credits.
Pretty Girl County LLC only offers replacements for lost orders or faulty products.
Products are unique and produced to order, therefore, they are non-refundable. Once an order has been sent to production you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or "You" customer ordered the wrong size or color, Pretty Girl County LLC is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
If you have an issue with your order, you have to contact Pretty Girl County LLC and provide all necessary information and photographic evidence. After investigation, we will determine if you are eligible to receive a replacement. Eligible replacements have no cost for you.
If "You" the customer received a different item than ordered, including incorrect colors, prints or wrong sizes, the order is eligible for replacement. Contact our customer care team with all the information required.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you reprint.
